Windoor is proud to be a member of the Certass Competent Person scheme. We have gone through Certass's thorough registration and vetting process and we were successful in being accepted as one of their registered contractors.

What does this mean for you the customer and how does this benefit you?

Certass is a government approved certification body that runs a competent persons scheme. Certass assesses it's members ensuring that all work they do is to a particular standard with regards to process, quality and building regulations and that you the customer are protected and treat fairly throughout the process. Certass also assesses and audits it's members at regular intervals ensuring that the process and standard of work is continually adhered to.

Certass allow us to self-certify our work ensuring that you the customer are protected with regards to building regulations and all work is guaranteed and insured for 10 years.

What does it cover?

Certass regulate all types of work within our industry. Replacement double glazing, UPVC doors, composite doors, bi-folding doors, sliding patio doors, french doors, conservatories and other glazing products for your homes. Regardless of the size or scope of your job, we will register it with Certass and then your 10 year insurance backed guarantee will be issued.
